INTRODUCTION TO CLOUD COMPUTING (CC)
Cloud computing as a concept means delivering of IT resources to the particular distance through the net, respectively Internet, private or other type of the nets.
This concept rises from the idea to loan IT resources as services which will be paid upon the using base. To simplify, the term “the cloud computing” in the manner of Macedonian language means realization of the idea of “unification” of IT resources at one space, so called “store” for the purpose of further loan to interested private or business users.
Rough analogy to the cloud computing would be one very huge library as the place to keep huge literature which is going to loan to one who needs such literature for the purpose of particular education.
As we underline, IT resources are in case here.
CC service means particular synergy that is a result of joint activity of huge number hardware components, virtual infrastructure and sophisticated tools for management and for our market this means completely new way for delivering IT services and software (through Internet that is the first and the most interesting option for the wide range of the users and for the small companies) as well as the other, economic model (payment of the services according to the value of using) which allows significant savings and accommodation.

- IaaS (infrastructure as a service) – infrastructure services (server)
This concept presents computer infrastructure (mainly based on the virtual platform) as a service. Instead buying a hardware, servers, storage space, data center space, net equipment, the user could use all stated in the form of virtual service and to pay according to the value of using the services.
- PaaS (platform as a service) – platform for developing a software
Provides using of computer developing platforms and software systems (operative systems, program languages, bases and web server) as services. This means that undertaking and installation of the software for the designer, IT manager or the final user are unnecessary. So there are no costs connected with buying, installation and maintenance of the software and hardware resources and managing.
- SaaS (software as a service) – ready made software solutions (applications)
This model is for software using where the users, upon the request, obtain the licenses for the applications they need and they use the applications in the term they need. This approach allows optimal using of the resources and decreasing of the costs at the client in the case he buys license rights, installs and provides hardware resources necessary for functioning as well as decreasing of the costs rise in the process of maintenance of all those resources.
